The Gift Society Melbourne and its Members believe that communication is very important and is our core belief when it comes to Gifting.

Listed below are our returns and refunds policy

  1. All payments made through online banking will be refunded/credited in the same way.
  2. Deliveries that have been returned will incur additional delivery fees on the basis of the following a) incorrect address b) insufficient address details c) recipient has relocated d) requires a redelivery for unsafe reasons to another or same location e) unable to collect parcel.
  3. Change of heart on your gift will not entitle you for a refund, however we do offer an exchange on the basis the goods inside have not been tampered with in anyway including the packaging. Return delivery fee will be charged unless other arrangements are agreed.
  4. Payments that are in excess of $10,000.00 AUD can be paid in 2 increments. 50% Deposit paid upfront prior to commencement of works and 50% remaining balance of total the total amount must be paid prior to dispatch/collection. Other payment arrangements can be made and must be agreed upon prior to processing the order.
  5. Jobs quoted will only be valid for 30 days.
  6. Invoices must be paid in full once order has been completed or instructed to pay prior to process the order this will vary based on quantity of the order.
  7. GST will be added at the end of the total price.
